Company poised to address the affordable housing needs of Bahrain
Naseej, the first fully-integrated real estate and infrastructure development company in the MENA region, announced today the completion of its senior management team as part of the Company’s start-up operations. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer, Mr Christopher Sims, the team comprises: Ms Sana Amin, Head of Legal and Company Secretary; Mr Amer Janahi, Head of Human Resources & Administration; Mr Matthew Bulger, Head of Strategic Planning & Property Development; Mr Ahmed Al Hammadi, Head of Finance; and Mr Mark Haikal, Head of Business Development & Property Services.
The highly qualified team members have extensive regional and international experience, and successful track records in their respective fields. Ms Sana Amin, who is an MBA holder with 20 years’ total experience, previously worked with the Bahraini law firm of Qays Al Zubi, as well as for Batelco, NBB and Asry. Her legal counselling experience embraces company law, governance, company and subsidiary incorporation, and legal and regulatory compliance.
Mr Amer Janahi is an Associate Member of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), and his nine years’ experience includes human resources management positions with Ithmaar Bank, Banagas, and the Court of the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management.
Mr Matthew Bulger, whose regional and international experience embraces strategic planning and operations management with both small start-up businesses and major government programmes, has held senior positions with @Bahrain, the Tourism
